    Hornsea is a small picturesque seaside town situated on the east coast of Yorkshire, midway between Flamborough Head and Spurn Point. It has a newly developed promenade and glorious sandy beaches. Just a short walk along the promenade takes you to the heart of the town centre.

    The town is popular with visitors; it is a conservation area with historic houses dating back to the 15th century. Hall Garth Park surrounds the town centre and St. Nicholas Parish Church dates back to the 12th century.

    Hornsea has the following attractions:

    • Hornsea Mere is Yorkshire's largest fresh-water lake and bird sanctuary; it is a popular tourist attraction offering visitors rowing, sailing, boat trips and fishing.
    • A newly refurbished Leisure Centre is located just a few minutes walk from Longbeach
